We’re shaking off the winter chill and opening our doors early for a special pre-season Spring Break opening! From March 15-30, join us for an exclusive first taste of our current vintage releases—with a little something extra.

Each day, we’ll be pouring a five-wine tasting from our current lineup, plus a special vintage bottle opened just for the day. It’s a rare chance to experience something unique from our cellar!

For this limited-time event, tastings will be offered at a special spring break rate, making it the perfect excuse to gather your friends, sip something spectacular, and soak in the vineyard views.

We’ll be open every day from 11 AM - 3 PM, and while reservations aren’t required, they’ll be given priority. Book your spot through our newly renovated website: www.FairviewCellars.ca

It’s been a week since our winemaker’s dinner at @provencemarinaside , and we’re still savouring every moment! The evening was unforgettable, filled with exquisite dishes, perfectly paired wines, and an incredible sense of community.

A heartfelt thank you to Josh for his masterful pairings that truly brought each dish to life, for the chef team that created the beautiful plates and to the Provence team for delivering such warm, impeccable service.
